what treatment has anyone found helpful for stress/chronic fatigue?


yoga, cardio, pilates, meditation, weights, steam room, reading, avoiding caffeine and alcohol, take cranberry pills if you are a woman and at all suseptible to UTIs. Take iron if menstruating. Take refridgerated acidopholus if concerned with candida and avoid sugar. Drink tons of water and eat small meals every few hours of fruits, veggies, lean protein, and whole grains. See a therapist if depressed. There are tons of possibilities for fatigue, but these should help.
