This goes quickly many times and just stick with your own emotion and keep tapping. 10 minutes is a very short tap, so you might have to repeat this video with different aspects of the anger or even just do it a second or third time to get back in control.     Yes - this video …
    Yes - this video sometimes goes very fast. “FAST EFT” can be good when feeling extreme emotion. Tapping is what is important, so at those times, you don’t really have to repeat the words - just think them or just listen & tap. Then continue repeating when we slow down again. I’m sure you’ve heard before, it’s not about the words, it’s about tapping while you tune into the feeling/emotion. This is also why you can just tap when you are angry & not say anything at all & it helps! Yeah, EFT!

    Too fast to repeat the words and tap. Needs to pause like on the Brad Yates videos. If she was slower then this would really help me a lot.
