I believe the herbs of Lavender, and Chamomile are supposed to reduce stress/worry. However, I do not use that to relieve stress, I just take a long hot shower, or a hot bath =D
Bath salts help =D So does soothing music. I might listen to classical music or some nice elevator music

I’m not sure but if you take a lilac scented bath it is very calming. Or green tea. Or white tea. Yea white tea is the most pure tea there is. I just found out about it but it is very calming.

Cut back on coffie and soda. Dont eat crap like fast food or take out. Get a good nights sleep. Take vitamins, read a good book. Surf the interent. Exercise. Masterbate.

what you can do it take fresh lavender and mint put them in a pot of water and bring it to a boil the smell will fill the house and its a nice ( and cheaper ) aromatherapy for stress

there is some stuff called "bach flower remedies"..its really made from flowers.. i take it for stress relief.. its like a tincture, u put a few drops on or under the tounge.
Also, you can make a tea from passion fruit plants.. it is stress-relieveing and calms the body down and also helps to put you to sleep better.. also, lavendar helps with stress..put some lavendar buds in a room and lay in it for a while and smell them..or take it adn put them in a warm bath and breath it in and calm yourself in the water…

Dude I have a panic disorder. I bought a lil bottle of lavender oil and whenever I feel a lil stressed or I think I am gonna have a panic attack, I smell that and I feel better. And sometimes I wear it too. Also try mrditating, it helped me.
