proven herbs to help stress?

Any good idvice on what to take for stress,that wont make me tired,keep me going threw the day.I just want to feel happy ,but not to the point i cause others to cetch the high from me,lol.Any info on herbs and not things like prozac.Thanks,also somthing easy to buy,not buying anything from hong kong
