theanine, herbal stress relief?

my doctor told me to take Theanine supplements for my anxiety. its supposed to have a natural claming affect.

has anyone taken this? how long does it take to work?

Yes. L-theanine is very good. It takes about an hour to work and dos not make you drowzy like some other ones. I recommend it.
