What is really worse on the body, drinking or stress?
I am talking about long term effects.
drinking is harder on the body, stress is somthing that you can control with your mind and drinking just covers it up and hurts you physically. Controling stress with your mind makes you a stronger person to where you become happy with your self to where you dont need the alchohol to dull the pain of everyday life. good luck

I’d say excessive drinking. Everyone has stress to some extent.

The more you drink, the more stressful your life will become.
The more stressful your life is, the more you’ll want to drink.
Therefore, get rid of both.
As for your health, you gotta start somewhere. You cannot usually make all stress cease but you can choose to stop all alcohol consumption. So I say, quit drinking and see what happens. Good luck!
