What effect(s) does interminable stress have on the physical body?

Well basically it will run the body down …… the physical body has spent so long in the fight or flight reaction that it is worn out……. alongside behaviours such as drinking more smoking more etc…. which occurs when the body is put under stress….

Basically your heart and other organs are put under sooo much pressure, that it stops working, which can lead to strokes, heart attacks, reduced immune system etc..

In some cases can lead to death.
