Want the effects of high stress on the body and are they reversible?
Stress can cause all sorts of things some of which are not reversible:
Fatal heart attack - not reversible
Serious stroke - not reversible
High blood pressure - can be reversible
Gastric ulcer - treatable
The list can go on but space here isn’t big enough.
Best way to deal with stress is to find ways in which to alleviate it before it causes one of the above!

The brain is very reversible
But you need to get out of the stress situation sooner to make it quicker for the brain to recover.
The other effects are more easily solved by the body as soon as the stress is gone.
eating returns to normal, weight gained. sleeping sorted etc.
Just don’t start smoking - that can kill you.
same goes for drinking to "cope"

yes they are reversible.once u have high stress of the body u tend to get nervous and turn extremely vulnerable. it also cause headaches and white hair. to solve solution similar to this find ways to calm down like meditate or do yoga. this can help reverse the stress dwelling inside your body

increased heart rate and constant high blood pressure can lead to stomach ulcers and even heart disease in extreme situations. stomach ulcers can be treated but heart disease is more complicated, but less likely to occur.

that is a great question. I have severe stress.
It pretty much starts shutting you down.

If by high stress you mean beeing placed under a pallette and having large stones being placed on until you are 3 inches thinner - effects crushed bones, soft tissue damage - sorry no chance of reversal
If by high stress you mean being stretched between to lorries until your joints pop, not sure but probably little chance of reversal

You may experience dizziness, feeling disassociated, disorientated, numbness, forgetfulness, have difficulty concentrating, difficulty sleeping, sleep a lot.
At a time of being attacked or feeling threatened you may urinate, vomit, or poo, feel very focused, experience frozen fright, - fright or flight.
Veins may be less visible though the skin.
Some of the occurrences are temporary and some may linger for some people. Counselling can help.
Things like that vary a lot though. If it’s just stress through normal work a change of job may be all that’s needed, if somebody’s been abusive and it’s not leaving your mind maybe you need to talk about it.
Unless you’re putting rubbish like drugs and alcohol into your body then I should think that effects of stress are reversible or in the event of a major traumatic event you would find a new way of being a the things can’t be undone.
