What effects does stress have on the body? How do you know when your stressed? I think with things going on in my life, I’m stressed out over it. How can I keep my stress down? What can I do about it?

Yes, stress can cause all the problems you listed and more. Everyone is different in the way they deal with stress. Listening to music, watching a comedy, exercising, bubble bath, hanging with friends, reading a book, sewing, painting, the options are endless with regards in how to deal with it just as the symptoms are endless. Stress has a lot of effect on the body. You can gain weight, and feel sick and lots of other things. I talked to a thereapst when I was under a lot of stress.
