Stress on the body?

I am under alot of stress and I am not sure what side effects this can have on me. Can somebody please give a few and are these some:
* no food in a few days
* heavy cramping
* fatigue
* mood swings
* nausea

you probally won’t get your period on time.

    Pain anywhere esp tummy and chest, head and neck.
    Poor sleep pattern.
    Loss of sex drive.
    changes in your monthly cycle.

    But as has been said, look for ways to try and reduce stress.
    Learn some relaxation techniques and use them.
