did excessive stress bring on my early menopause?

at age 34 I started getting abnormal periods,I went to a fertility clinic because I wanted one more child much to my suprise I was told that my blood test came back with low numbers meaning I had a 20 percent chance of concieving. It broke my heart because I never did drugs or drank alcohol. what was the reason was the stress level in my life.long story short my menstual cycle stopped completly at age 39. I really believe stress was a big part of this,as my mother was in her middle 50’s when hers ended and she never had any kind of stress in her life.stress is a dangerous thing and can effect your body in so many ways It took the one thing I wanted so badly away from me and I just wish I knew that at the time I was trying to concieve because I would of done things so much different.

I am sorry! And yes, stress is very dangerous. A lot of us are on the same boat. What would you have different when you were trying to concieve?
