Can stress or ur body getting nervous all the time effect someone from getting them pregnant in the future?

Do you think the mind has a lot to do with fertility? I always get a little stressed during ovulation and waiting for my period.. im so un-patient and have no clue to, de-stress my mind, even tho im not thinking my body still acts stressed out :( Thank you! i try and not think, most of the time i dont think cuz i leave those things to fait, when it happens it will.. but my body stress’s out when im at work n borred.. its always wen im at work or if im doing things fast (like putting things away at work (retail)

I respect thes answers, even if not in agreement, I believe that stress can cause the so-called cold womb syndrome, and inhibit fertility. Gonna look it up.

Here: Cold Womb/Cold Uterus
“Cold womb” means that the uterine lining fails to respond to the warming hormone, progesterone. Women with this condition usually have slow rising and/or early declining BBT (Basal Body Temperature). Cold hands and feet, cramps helped by a heating pad, lower back pain, low libido, frequent urination and early morning loose stools are also symptomatic of this condition. “Cold womb” not only causes the wrong temperature for the embryo to grow, like a seed growing in chilly weather, but also congeals the blood inhibiting uterine circulation. The focus of treatment is to warm the uterus, which in turn maintains progesterone at satisfactory levels. This not only helps metabolic activity, but also allows the uterus to secrete sufficient nutrients, and thereby creates a highly nurturing environment in which to implant the embryo.

Now here’s what I know. Stress can reduce blood flow, you need to relax, stay warm and increase circulation, everywhere, muscles also, and a better orgasmic contraction, with stronger impulses will also assist. See also Tension Myositis Syndrome and you will learn to get the chill out!

BTW, the man must be cool, outside testicles are for cooling. Too much heat like in a steam bath or hot shower kills sperm cells.

Lastly, elevate your pelvis, lying on your back, to let gravity and sperm motility improve your chances.

Stress can keep you from getting pregnant. Try some yoga to help with the stress. I couldn’t get pregnant for 3 years and finally, I just stopped caring about the things that stressed me out and the next month I was pregnant. Hope this helps. Good luck

Yes I think that stress can cause issues with getting pregnant. I got pregnant the same month I stopped ttc after the Dr told me I would never get pregnant without fertility meds.

I honestly don’t think stress can cause infertility. Infertility is caused by real medical issues, not stress. Stress can delay ovulation, but I don’t think it will prevent it.

    Good luck and baby dust!!!
